MDOT SHA BEGINS URBAN RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT ON MD 212A (POWDER MILL ROAD) IN PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY

​(June 8, 2020) – The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) will begin construction this week on the MD 212A from Pine Street to US 1 (Baltimore Avenue) Urban Reconstruction Project in Prince George’s County. The project is scheduled to be complete by summer 2022.  

Motorists can expect single lane closures on MD 212A within the project limits Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Crews will begin with patch and repair work on Wednesday, June 10, weather permitting.
