(August 29, 2008) – As part of the State’s ongoing highway maintenance program, the Maryland Department of Transportation’s State Highway Administration (SHA) and its contractor, Gray & Son of Timonium, will resurface the ramp from the outer loop/westbound I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) to southbound MD 147 (Harford Road) in the Parkville/Carney area on or about Monday, September 8.

Motorists are advised to plan for extra travel time as the contractor’s crews may institute temporary ramp closures and detours in the vicinity of the interchange anytime on weeknights between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Sunday – Thursday. The $58,000 highway maintenance project will be completed by September 17, weather permitting.

SHA and the contractor appreciate your patience during the ramp resurfacing project.
