“With Dave Peake, the citizens of District 4 have the assurance of a continued high level of leadership as they experienced under the previous district engineer,” said SHA Administrator Neil J. Pedersen. “I am confident in Dave’s ability and his commitment to customer service, and look forward to working with him to enhance the safety of all who use the roadway system.”

The four-year GETP introduces newly hired engineers to different parts of SHA while exposing them to the organizational culture, people and day-to-day operations.

The two-year Advanced Leadership Program focuses on building future leaders.  Managers and team leaders are competitively selected from within the organization develop and refine their leadership skills through individual and team training, and special projects.
