SHA Seeks Customer Feedback to Improve Its Online Services

(July 14, 2008) – Keeping with this centennial year’s theme, “Customer driven, now more than ever,” the Maryland Department of Transportation’s State Highway Administration (SHA) has launched an online customer survey to gain customer feedback on its web services. SHA asks its web users to provide suggestions for improvement of the webpage.

The assessment can be completed in less time than it takes for you to prepare your morning cup of “joe.” Consisting of six questions, the survey seeks to evaluate the site’s timeliness and readability. It is also an effort to assess the site’s layout and its affects on the customer’s ability to navigate and quickly find the information they seek.

SHA values its customers. Along with providing a world class highway system, we are committed to providing accessible and logical information about the system. Please visit our website at www.marylandroads.com, and click the red link located in the upper left-hand corner of the home page. Your input is not only appreciated, but it is essential.
