Four segments of Falls Road will be repaired, milled and repaved during the next several months as weather conditions permit. The State’s contractor for this project is Gray and Son, Inc. of Timonium. The $4 million project is slated for completion spring 2009.

SHA and reminds motorists to reduce speeds, stay alert and use caution while driving through the work zone. Remember work zones comprise not only large construction and highway maintenance projects, but smaller, mobile operations such as mowing, pothole repair and litter pick ups. When workers are on the road, THINK ORANGE, which is the color of construction signs, barrels and warning devices. Please slow down, stay alert and expect the unexpected.
