Agency Seeks Feedback from Ocean City and Worcester County to Help Identify Accessibility Concerns
Who: State Highway Administration (SHA) representatives Area residents, businesses, and community organizations
What: The ADA Public Involvement meeting will provide an opportunity to share comments and prioritize future ADA improvement projects in the Lower Shore counties.
When: Wednesday, November 12, 2008, 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Where: Roland E. Powell Convention Center – Rooms C-101& 102
1004 Coastal Highway (40th Street), Ocean City, MD 21842
Why: SHA is conducting a self-evaluation to identify features, such as sidewalks, that do not meet ADA’s current guidelines. The meeting will help identify and gather information on accessibility challenges.
