Who: State Highway Administration (SHA) representatives

What: SHA, along with The Freedom Center, is hosting a public involvement meeting to provide an opportunity for comment and feedback on sidewalks and pedestrian access along the State highway system. A brief overview will be given at 5:30 p.m. Displays will also be available for review.           
          
When: Wednesday, December 10, 2008 between 5:30 and 7 p.m.          
          
Where: Carroll County Community College – Room M-060          
1601 Washington Road, Westminster, MD 21157          
          
Why: SHA’s self-evaluation is underway to identify and prioritize future Americans with Disabilities (ADA) improvements in the State’s public rights-of-way that do not meet ADA’s current guidelines.
