Baltimore County

• MD 7 (Philadelphia Road) between Mayflower Road and Hospital Drive.  Drain pipe installation. Temporary closure beginning 9 p.m. Friday, January 18 until Monday, January 21 at 5 a.m. Crews will excavate and replace two major drainage pipes located underneath and across the two-lane section of MD 7.   

   
Beginning 9 p.m. Friday, January 18:

Eastbound/northbound MD 7 (towards Harford County) will be closed to through traffic at Mayflower Road.  SHA will direct traffic to Rossville Boulevard to Franklin Square Boulevard to Hospital Drive and back to eastbound MD 7.

Westbound/southbound MD 7 (towards Baltimore City) will be closed to through traffic south of Hospital Drive.  The posted detour will be Hospital Drive to Franklin Square Boulevard to Rossville Boulevard and back to westbound MD 7.

 

Howard County

• Northbound I-95 between MD 216 (Scaggsville Road) and MD 32. Emergency road repair (bridge joint replacement).  Saturday night, January 19, into the early hours of Sunday, January 20.  The lane closures will begin at 10 p.m. Saturday with a single left-lane closure, becoming a double left-lane closure at 11 p.m. and a triple left-lane closure at 1 a.m. Sunday. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. Sunday.

Prince George’s County

 

• Southbound I-95 between MD 198 (Sandy Spring Road) and MD 200 (Intercounty Connector). Interchange construction (structural steel installation for new bridge).  Bridge construction. Tuesday, January 22 at 7 p.m. to Wednesday, January 23 at 5 a.m. Single lane closure at 7 p.m. Two lanes at 11 p.m. Three lanes at midnight. One or two total stoppages of up to 30 minutes between midnight and 4 a.m. Ramps from MD 198 to I-95 may close during temporary stoppages.

Queen Anne’s County

• Westbound US 50 over US 301 – Bridge rehabilitation project-right lane closed on westbound US 50.  Traffic shift from left lane blocked to right lane blocked to occur by 10 a.m. Saturday, January 19.

Washington County

• Westbound I-70 Bridge over Antietam Creek - -Routine bridge inspection - Single right lane closure on Sunday, January 20 from 5 a.m. until 11 a.m.
