***TRAFFIC ALERT*** STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION AND CSX TRANSPORTATION TEMPORARILY CLOSING WESTBOUND MD 150 RAMP TO MD 700 IN BALTIMORE COUNTY MONDAY

​(April 10, 2026) – The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration advises travelers that CSX Transportation will close and detour the ramp from westbound MD 150 (Eastern Boulevard) to northbound MD 700 (Martin Boulevard) in Middle River on Monday, April 13. The work, which is to repair and resurface the asphalt roadway approach to the single railroad track crossing the ramp, will begin at 9 a.m. Monday. The ramp is scheduled to reopen to all traffic by 3 p.m. Monday.

While the work is taking place, drivers will be directed to continue 1.4 miles on westbound MD 150, turn left onto Stemmers Run Road, continue on Stemmers Run Road and turn left onto Old Eastern Boulevard, continue .08 miles on Old Eastern Boulevard to proceed on eastbound MD 150 to the ramp to northbound MD 700.   

The State Highway Administration is Serious About Safety. Pedestrians and motorists are urged to remain alert and avoid distractions when traveling through the area and detour route.
