• Ongoing and upcoming major SHA construction projects in the Baltimore Metropolitan area (maps available)
• Release of web-based and interactive “e-Road Ready 2011” – a listing of highway projects throughout Maryland
• Work zone safety and the rules of the road, along with a chance to interview project engineers and highway workers

SHA’s District 4 Office, 320 West Warren Road Hunt Valley, Md. 21030 / 410-229-2300 (parking is available in front of the building or in designated visitor spaces). Northbound I-83 to Warren Road exit, make first left into SHA.
WHY:
The 2011 construction season is underway. Some projects have begun yet there are still more to come! SHA wants drivers, cyclists and pedestrians to be “road ready” – knowing the location of work zones throughout the State and thinking orange – the standard color of construction zone traffic controls.
