During the Next Two Weeks, Motorists Can Expect Overnight Lane Closures and Flagging Operations on MD 7 east of MD 136
(November 6, 2025) - The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will conduct overnight emergency repairs on a drainage pipe underneath and across MD 7 (Philadelphia Road) 300 feet east of MD 136 (Calvary Road) beginning 9 p.m. Sunday night, November 9 in Harford County.
Contractor Concrete General, Inc of Gaithersburg, will use overnight lane closures with flagging operations to complete the work. Crews will work Sunday through Thursday, 9 p.m. - 5 a.m. with the expected completion of 5 a.m. Friday, November 21. All work is weather permitting.
