(November 2, 2023) – The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will begin pavement patching work on MD 146 (Dulaney Valley Road) between Fox Chapel Drive and the bridge over the Loch Raven Reservoir in Baltimore County on Sunday night, November 5. The $237,000 project should be complete by late December, weather permitting.

The work includes patching and restriping sections of pavement where needed on MD 146.  Drivers should expect overnight single lane closures with flagging operations on MD 146 Sundays through Thursdays, 9 p.m.- 5 a.m. the next day.

The State Highway Administration understands roadwork can be an inconvenience but is necessary to maintain a safe and reliable highway system. Drivers are asked to slow down in the work zone for the safety of all drivers and the crews working to improve our roadways.
