MD 151 (Sparrows Point Blvd.) / Wharf Road (MD 151 B) Interchange - Three-bridge replacement project at interchange. The southbound side of the existing MD 151 bridge is closed and two-way traffic - one lane in each direction - runs on the northbound side of the bridge. This will be in effect for the next year and will enable partial demolition of the existing bridge over Wharf Road and future construction of the new bridge. This is in addition to the detours of southbound and northbound Wharf Road at the interchange.
Notes: The northbound side of MD 151 is closed between the Baltimore County Highways Maintenance Shop (1500 block) and the Wharf Rd. Interchange. Two-way traffic runs on the southbound side of MD 151, one lane in each direction. The existing ramp from northbound MD 151 to southbound Wharf Road is open for local traffic only.
