(April 3, 2020) – The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) will patch and resurface a 1.2 mile stretch of MD 103 (Dorsey Road) between US 1 (Washington Boulevard) and the Howard/Anne Arundel County line, beginning on Monday, April 6. The project is expected to be complete by late May.
Crews will first mill and patch the roadway Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a flagging operation to direct traffic. The resurfacing work is one of the last steps in the project and will be done overnight from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
MDOT SHA works hard to maintain safe traffic mobility in work zones for our crews as well as our customers. Drivers need to stay alert, focus on the road and look for reduced speed limits, narrow driving lanes and highway workers. For a list of all major MDOT SHA projects, go to roads.maryland.gov.
