Traffic Alert for the Chesapeake Bay Bridge

 

“Across the Bay 10K” – Chesapeake Bay Bridge

 

The eastbound span of the MDTA’s Bay Bridge will be closed from 2 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday. 

Anne Arundel County

• Northbound I-97 ramp to the Inner Loop of I-695 – Concrete patching – Single lane closure on the ramp from 9 p.m. Friday until 3 p.m. Sunday.

Howard County

• Eastbound I-70 between MD 94 (Woodbine Road) and Morgan Station Road – Pavement repair - Two right lanes closed from 9 a.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday. Click here for more information.

Prince George’s County

• US 1 (Baltimore Avenue) from Ritz Way to Ammendale Road - Drainage improvement project - Single northbound lane closure after midnight Saturday through 5 a.m. Monday.

 

• Westbound US 50 ramp to Arwick Ardmore Road/New Carrollton Metro Station – Slope repair – Double lane closures from 10 p.m. Friday until 7 a.m. Saturday; Saturday from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. Sunday and Sunday from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. Monday.

• SHA will be working to open the last segment of MD 200 (Intercounty Connector) and the I-95/Konterra Drive interchange this weekend. The new roads will be available to motorists by 5 a.m. Monday. Click here for more information.
