Anne Arundel County

• MD 295 (Baltimore -Washington Parkway) at West Nursery Road – Removing old bridge and moving new bridge into place.  MD 295 and West Nursery Road will be closed overnights Friday into Saturday morning and Saturday into Sunday morning.  Motorists are strongly encouraged to use I-95, I-97 or US 1 as alternate routes.  For motorists traveling toward the Montgomery County side of the Capital Beltway, US 29 will be an excellent alternate route.
Baltimore County

• Northbound and Southbound I-795 between I-695 and Owings Mills - Concrete Patching

Weekdays: Monday – Friday-9 a.m. – 3 p.m. – single lane closures.

 

Weeknights: Sunday – Thursday from 7 p.m. – 5 a.m. the next morning.  If needed, double lane closures after 10 p.m.

Montgomery County

• I-495 over Northwest Branch - Bridge Rehabilitation Project

Beginning November 1, the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) will temporarily close two right lanes of the outer loop of I-495 (Capital Beltway) between MD 650 (New Hampshire Avenue) and MD 193 (University Boulevard) in Silver Spring. Weather permitting, all resurfacing phases of the project should be complete before Thanksgiving.

SHA will close one right lane at 8 p.m., then two right lanes at 10 p.m. November 1 and November 2 to remove the top layer of concrete. All lanes will be open to traffic by 5 a.m. the next day.   Crews will close one left lane at 8 p.m., then two left lanes at 10 p.m. on Saturday, November 3 and Sunday, November 4, also to remove of the top layer of concrete. All lanes will be open to traffic by 5 a.m. the next day.

 

• Southbound MD 355 (Rockville Pike) from Cedar Croft Drive to MD 547 (Strathmore Avenue) – Resurfacing – Saturday, November 3 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Prince George’s County

• Eastbound US 50 (John Hansen Highway) between the Washington D.C. line and the Town of Cheverly—Resurfacing. Friday, November 2(overnight) from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, November 5.

 

• Eastbound US 50 between MD 197 (Collington Road) and MD 3 (Crain Highway). Concrete patching. Work begins Friday, November 2 from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sunday, November 4.

 

•  Westbound MD 410 (East West Highway) between MD 212 (Riggs Road) and MD 650 (New Hampshire Avenue). Concrete bus pad construction.  Right lane blocked -Friday, November 2 at 8 p.m. through 10 a.m. Sunday, November 4.

 

• Eastbound and westbound MD 450 (Annapolis Road) between 54th Street and 65th Avenue. Resurfacing. Saturday, November 3 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Queen Anne’s County

• Westbound US 50 over US 301 – Bridge rehabilitation project-left lane closed on westbound US 50.
