(October 12, 2010) – Next week, the Maryland Department of Transportation’s State Highway Administration (SHA) will resurface more than three miles of MD 331 (Dover Road) in Talbot County.  Work will begin on the west side of the Dover Bridge and extend to the Easton town limits near June Way.  Weather permitting, work will be complete by month’s end.

 

Crews will pave the two-lane section between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. weekdays.  Flag persons will guide motorists through the work zone, and barrels and variable message signs will provide information on lane closures and traffic shifts.  SHA awarded the $230,000 project to Slurry Pavers, Inc. of Glen Allen, Va.
