• MD 28 (Dickerson Road) Bridge over the Monocacy River – Bridge rehabilitation– Total bridge closure scheduled every weekend starting Fridays at 10 p.m. and ending Mondays at 5 a.m. through early October except on holiday weekends. Single lane closure with a flagging operation Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• MD 175 between Disney Road and Reece Road – Expect lane closures 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday nights. 
• I-97 in both directions between MD 3 and MD 174 – Pavement repairs - Lane shifts 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday nights; single lane closures 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.   

Baltimore County  

• I-83 (Baltimore-Harrisburg Expressway) North and South Bridges over Padonia Road –Dual Bridge replacement and interchange improvements – Detours of Padonia Rd. underneath I-83 possible on any weeknights (Sunday-Thursday) between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next morning.
• MD 151 / Wharf Road (MD 151 B) Interchange - Three-bridge replacement project -  Daytime Traffic lane shifts for patching of the bridge deck riding surface on the Wharf Rd. (MD 151B) bridge over Warehouse Rd./Freight rail line, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday-Friday through early October. New  
• MD 588 (Golden Ring Rd.) from MD 7 (Philadelphia Rd.) to Brookwood Avenue - Highway Maintenance roadway patching - Overnight single lane closures on MD 588 between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day, Sunday through Thursday, through late September. 

Carroll County      

• MD 91 (Gamber Road/Emory Road) between Bloom Road and the Carroll/Baltimore County line - Patching and resurfacing - Single and double lane closures with a flagging operation from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday night through Friday morning. The work will require two separate closures with detours on MD 91. When MD 91 is closed between MD 140 (Westminster Pike) and Cedarhurst Road until October, motorists will be detoured using MD 879 (Cedarhurst Road). When MD 91 is closed between MD 140 and Bloom Road starting in early October and ending before November, motorists will be detoured using Old Gamber Road. This project is expected to be complete this fall.   Updated      
• MD 140 (Baltimore Blvd) between MD 879 (Cedarhurst Road) and Old Westminster Pike – Patching and resurfacing – Single lane closures with a flagging operation overnight from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. This project is expected to be completed in October.    

Frederick County        

• Northbound US 15 between Orndorff Road and the PA State Line – Patching – Single lane and shoulder closures from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday starting Tuesday, September 29. This project is expected to be complete by November. New    
• MD 180 between I-70 ramp and west of Swallowtail Drive - Paving - Single lane closures and flagging operation for paving. Overnight work is scheduled for Sunday nights through Friday morning from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. The work is expected to take two weeks to complete.   
• Westbound US 340 Exit Ramp to Lander Road - Pavement repairs - Starting Monday, September 28 at 9 a.m., right lane closure prior to exit along with the exit ramp will close to make improvements to the ramp's roadway surface. Motorists will be detoured to the next exit at MD 180, use the eastbound US 340 exit and continue to Lander Road. The work is expected to be complete by 3 p.m. New  
• Old Annapolis Road between Md 26 (Liberty Road) to McKaig Road – Pipe Work – Portion of road closed and traffic detoured starting at 8 p.m. on Friday, October 2 and ending by 5 a.m. on Monday, October 5. Access will be maintained for local traffic. New

Harford County

• US 40 (Philadelphia Blvd) from MD 132 to MD 22 - Highway Maintenance roadway pavement patching - Single lane closures on US 40 East and West overnight between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day, Sunday through Thursday nights through late November. New

Montgomery/Prince George’s County

• I-495 (Capital Beltway) Outer Loop between MD 650 (New Hampshire Avenue) and MD 193 (University Boulevard) - Emergency repair - Crews are performing permanent bridge joint repairs. Intermittent single and multiple lane closures are expected weekdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and overnight, between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. through late fall. Updated            

Prince George’s County      

• MD 5 (Branch Avenue) at MD 373 (Accokeek Road)/MD 381 (Brandywine Road) – Interchange construction project -  Intermittent lane closures on all three roads, weekdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and overnight, Sunday through Thursday, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. through fall 2020.  Updated           
• Forest Drive/Columbian Way crossover at MD 3 (Crain Highway) in Bowie -  Roadway, stormwater management work - Crews closed the Forest Drive/Columbian Way crossover at MD 3 through the fall. Motorists will be directed to the northern crossover at Sylvan Drive.                    

Long-Term Closures       

Allegany County      

• MD 51 (Industrial Blvd) Bridge over MD 61 (Canal Parkway) in Cumberland - Bridge replacement – All traffic will be switched over to the northbound lanes while work is done on the southbound bridge - speed limit will be reduced to 30 mph - this will continue throughout the construction season.                      

Anne Arundel County          

• MD 32 between MD 295 and MD 198 – Nighttime single lane closures  - 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.            
• MD 2 between MD 270 (Furnace Branch Road) and I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) - Nighttime single lane closures - Resurfacing - 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.             
• MD 450 (West Street) between MD 2 and Taylor Avenue – Single lane closures – Utility work - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.        
• MD 2 between MD 253 (Mayo Road) and Tarragon Lane – Utility work - daytime single lane closures, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Baltimore City      

• HIGH IMPACT  I-895 (Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Throughway) between the tunnels and Boston Street/O’Donnell Street (exit 11) and the Holabird Avenue exit (MDTA Project) –Bridge rehabilitation project – The southbound bore of the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel (I-895) will be closed continuously until mid-June.           

Baltimore County      

• I-70 East and West from I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) to Baltimore/Howard Co. line – Part of Areawide Interstate route pavement resurfacing - Single lane closures on I-70 East between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day Sunday-Thursday;  double lane closures between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day Sunday-Thursday.            
• I-83 (Baltimore-Harrisburg Expressway) North and South Bridges over Padonia Road –Dual Bridge replacement and interchange improvements – I-83 South and North both have a split traffic pattern at Padonia Rd. interchange with all lanes open (two left, one right) until late fall 2020 (South) and spring 2021 (North).  I-83 North and South may have single lane closures between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Friday and between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day Sunday-Thursday.  24 hours/7 days single lane closure on Padonia Rd. East until project is complete. Notes: Interchange Ramp from Padonia Road East to I-83 North closed 24 hours/7 days until project is complete.  Single lane closures on Padonia Rd. West between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day Sunday-Thursday.  Detours of Padonia Rd. underneath I-83 possible on any weeknights (Sunday-Thursday) between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next morning.                 
• I-695 South (Baltimore Beltway Outer Loop) between US 40 (Baltimore National Pike) and MD 144 (Frederick Road) – Southwest Outer Loop highway widening project – Single and double lane closures along I-695 South and North (Outer and Inner Loop) between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Sunday - Thursday. Interchange Ramp from I-695 South/Outer Loop at Exit 13 - MD 144 (Frederick Road) closed for reconstruction until early fall 2020.            
• I-695 North/Outer Loop from MD 151 (North Point Boulevard) to Cove Road – Areawide interstate highway pavement resurfacing – Overnight single lane closures Sunday-Thursday nights between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. ending this week.               
• Cove Road bridge over I-695 - Bridge deck replacement - On I-695, daytime single lane closures in both directions Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and overnight lane closures Sunday-Thursday between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day. On Cove Road, daytime single lane closures in both directions Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and overnight lane closures Sunday-Thursday between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day Sunday-Thursday.      
• MD 695A (Broening Hwy.) between Maryland Ave. and east of Ralls Ave. at Baltimore City/County Line - Roadway Resurfacing and Safety Improvements – Daytime single lane closures on MD 695A North and South between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday – Thursday and between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday.  Overnight double lane closures with traffic lane shifts on MD 695A between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day Sunday-Thursday.  New      
• MD 151/Wharf Road (MD 151 B) Interchange - Three-bridge replacement project -  24-hour / 7-day single lane closures on both northbound and southbound MD 151 within the interchange, beginning September 28, through late October. New     
• MD 150 (Eastern Ave.) between the bridge over Back River and the intersection with Mace Ave./Riverside Dr. - Baltimore County Water main replacement and MDOT SHA highway resurfacing – Single lane closures on eastbound and MD 150 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday-Friday, and between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day, Sunday-Thursday.                  
• MD 140 (Reisterstown Rd.) Northbound between Garrison View Rd. and Painters Mill Rd. – Highway Widening and Resurfacing - Single and double lane closures along northbound MD 140 Sunday-Thursday between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next morning. Occasional single lane closures Monday-Friday for a two-hour time period between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.               
• MD 140 (Reisterstown Rd.) between Painters Mill Rd. and Pleasant Hill Rd. –Resurfacing/County Water Main replacement - Single lane closures with lane shifts along northbound and southbound MD 140 from Painters Mill Road to Pleasant Hill Road.  Crews are installing new 36-inch water main from Owings Mills Blvd. to Pleasant Hill Rd. Daytime single lane closures Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.  Night time single lane closures Sunday-Thursday between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the next day. Access to all driveways in this section will be maintained during the lane closures.           
• MD 45 (York Road) between north of Padonia Road and Wight Avenue – Roadway Resurfacing/County Water Main replacement – Single and double lane closures on MD 45 for night paving work between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day Sunday-Thursday and single lane closures where needed between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday-Friday.

• MD 43 (White Marsh Blvd.) at Honeygo Blvd. - Intersection Widening and Improvements - Temporary daytime lane closures on MD 43 and Honeygo Blvd. legs of the intersection between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday-Friday, and overnight lane closures at any time between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day Sunday-Thursday. When necessary, there will be temporary lane closures on weekends, between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.  New

Calvert County      

• MD 261 between 8th Avenue and Beach Avenue – Extended road closure for construction, starting Friday, Sept. 11.      

Carroll County      

• MD 32 (Sykesville Road) between Main Street and Macbeth Way – Road widening project – Both shoulders are closed and traffic shifted with a barrier wall on northbound MD 32.            

Cecil County      

• MD 273 (Telegraph Road) Bridge over Big Elk Creek – Bridge replacement project – Temporary traffic signal to alternate traffic in single lane through fall 2020. Updated         

Charles County      

• Southbound US 301 between MD 6 and Glen Albin Road – Lane shift; restricted access at median crossovers.           
• MD 234 and Glasva School Road – Bridge railing repair – Crews closed access at the southern end of Glasva School Road; traffic detour in effect to northbound US 301  through late summer. Updated          

Frederick County

• MD 22 (Churchville Road) between MD 136 (Calvary Road) and Prospect Mill Road -Roadway resurfacing and intersection widening - Single lane closures/lane shifts on MD 22 east and west of Thomas Run Road/Shucks Road intersection between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday-Friday, and between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day Sunday-Thursday and between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturdays when necessary.                   
• MD 132 (West Bel Air Ave.) between US 40 (Philadelphia Blvd./Pulaski Hwy.) and MD 462 (Paradise Ave.) - Roadway resurfacing - Occasional single lane and shoulder/parking lane closures on MD 132 between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day Sunday-Thursday and single lane and shoulder/parking lane closures when needed between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Friday.             
• MD 924 South (Kenmore Avenue) between US 1 and Main Street, and MD 924 (Emmorton Road) between Ring Factory Road and Plumtree Road - Roadway resurfacing - Single lane and shoulder closures along both segments of MD 924 (Kenmore Avenue) 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday, and overnight 8 p.m. to  5 a.m. the next morning Sunday-Thursday nights.           

Howard County      

• Triadelphia Road Bridge over MD 32 – Highway widening project – Eastbound Triadelphia Road closed and detoured until summer 2020. Westbound Triadelphia Road traffic can use the existing bridge.            

Montgomery County              

• US 29 (Colesville Road) from St. Andrews Way to Stewart Lane. -Safety and resurfacing project - Single daytime lane closures, weekdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and double overnight lane closures, Sunday through Thursday, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through year-end 2021.                 
• MD 97 (Georgia Avenue) from north of Gold Mine Road to south of Holiday Drive. - Relocation project.- Intermittent single northbound and southbound lane closures, weekdays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and overnight, Sunday through Thursday, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through year-end 2021.                   
• MD 190 (River Road) from MD 188 (Wilson Lane) to MD 614 (Goldsboro Road). Roadway improvement project. Single lane closures, weekdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and multiple lane closures, overnight, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through late spring 2021.             
• MD 355 (Frederick Road) at West Old Baltimore Road- Intersection construction project - Intermittent single lane closures on both roads, weekdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and overnight, Sunday through Thursday, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. through year-end 2020.                
• I-270 (Eisenhower Highway) from Watkins Mill Road to Great Seneca Creek Crossing.- Interchange construction project. -Intermittent northbound lane closures, weekdays, 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. and southbound 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and overnight northbound and southbound lane closures, Sunday through Thursday, 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. through fall 2020.                
• I-270 (Eisenhower Highway) from Interstate 70 to I-495 (Capital Beltway). - Traffic congestion relief construction project - Intermittent single lane closures, weekdays, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and single, double and triple overnight lane closures, Sunday through Thursday, 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. and intermittent temporary ramp closures with detours up to 24 hours a day through late spring 2021.                    
• Seminary Road from Hale Street to MD 192 (Forest Glen Road) - Bridge rehabilitation project - Intermittent left and right single northbound and southbound lane closures, weekdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and overnight, Sunday through Thursday, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. through year-end 2020.      
• Inner and outer loops of I-495 (Capital Beltway) from MD 97 (Georgia Avenue) to MD 185 (Connecticut Avenue). Bridge rehabilitation project. Intermittent single weekday single lane closures, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and intermittent overnight single double and triple lane closures and full traffic stops, Sunday through Thursday, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through year-end 2020.      

Prince George’s County      

• US 1 (Baltimore Avenue) College Ave. to MD 193 (University Boulevard) - US 1 Reconstruction Project - Corridor Improvement- Northbound and southbound single lane closures throughout the length of the project Saturday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. starting June 6th through summer 2023.                
• US 1 from Oak Street to the Howard County Line – Resurfacing – Northbound and southbound double lane closures 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The 1.2-mile project is expected to be complete by fall. Updated             
• Kerby Hill Road/Livingston Road intersections at MD 210 (Indian Head Highway) – Interchange construction project – Crossover from Kerby Hill Rd. to Livingston Rd. across MD 210 to close and be detoured. Click here for detour routes. Crews construction bridge that will connect the roads and will be complete by the end of 2021.                
• Southbound I-95/I-495 (Capital Beltway) ramp to eastbound MD 214 (Central Avenue) – Bridge replacement project – Total ramp closure with traffic using the Capital Beltway/MD 202 (Largo Road) interchange and then to MD 214 via MD 202.               

St. Mary’s County      

• Southbound MD 5 between Abell/Moakley Streets and MD 245 (Hollywood Road) - Daytime single lane closures between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.                   
• MD 5 between MD 238 and MD 234 - Emergency closure, traffic detour in place.             
• MD 235 Northbound north of MacArthur Boulevard – Right shoulder and turn lane temporary closure; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.           
• MD 6 south of Parlett Morgan Road - Emergency closure, traffic detour in place.              

Washington County      

• I-70 East and Westbound at the MD 65 Interchange – Bridge rehabilitation and widening – Alternating east and westbound lane closures. Work continues daily between 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday night work will be done from 6 p.m.to 5 a.m. This will be continuous throughout the project.             
• I-70 (Dwight D. Eisenhower Highway) between MD 65 (Sharpsburg Pike) and Antietam Creek - Barrier wall installation - The left shoulders of I-70 in both directions will be closed through November.                     
• I-70 East and Westbound at MD 56 (Big Pool) - Bridge deck replacement and rehabilitation for the bridge over I-70 - Left and right shoulder closure.
