Beginning Monday night, August 12 at 9 p.m. and continuing nightly through Friday morning, MDOT SHA will close the  ramp from eastbound MD 28 (West Montgomery Avenue) to southbound I-270 to place concrete barrier for upcoming I-270 ICM work. The work hours and ramp closures will be 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. and all barrier should be in place by Friday morning, August 16.
