Anne Arundel County

 

•             HIGH IMPACT - Westbound MD 450 (Defense Highway) at Oak Court (near West Street/Generals Highway) – Drain pipe installation – Single lane closures with a flagging operation Sunday between 4 a.m. and 10 p.m. new

•             Inner loop of I-695 at the Curtis Creek Drawbridge – Drawbridge repair – (MDTA project) Inner loop I-695 closed and traffic in two-way operation using the outer loop of I-695 until November 2018.

•             Northbound I-895 Bridge over the Patapsco Flats (Between MD 295 and the I-97/MD spur) – Bridge rehabilitation – (MDTA project) 24/7 right lane closure until summer 2019.

 

Caroline/Talbot County

•             POSTPONED until June 3 - MD 331 (Dover Road) at the Dover Bridge over the Choptank River -  Bridge approach paving – MD 331 to be closed and detoured beginning at 8 p.m. on Sunday, June 3. through Friday, June 8. All lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. each morning.

 

Montgomery County

•             US 29 (Colesville Road) between I-495 (Capital Beltway) and MD 97 (Georgia Avenue) -  WSSC water line replacement project - Single and double lane closures Mondays through Fridays between 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Sundays through Friday mornings between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Single lane closures Saturday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

 

Prince George’s County

•             HIGH IMPACT - Southbound I-95/I-495 (inner loop) Bridge over MD 450 (Annapolis Road) - Bridge deck (driving surface) repairs - Intermittent single, double and triple lane closures Sunday nights through Friday mornings between 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Crews will move to outer loop of I-495 (northbound I-95) once inner loop is complete. Repair likely through late-May.

Anne Arundel County

•             HIGH IMPACT - MD 450 (Defense Highway) near A and Eagle Boulevard (east of I-97) – Sinkhole/pipe collapse – MD 3450 is closed and detoured in each direction. new

 

Carroll County

•             MD 30 Business (Main Street) between North Woods Trail and the CSX Railroad tracks – Urban reconstruction project – Single lane closures with a flagging operation Mondays through Saturdays between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. until project completion, fall 2019/winter 2020.

 

Charles County

• MD 234 (Budds Creek Road) Bridge over Gilbert Swamp Run – Bridge replacement –Single lane closure guided by a temporary traffic signal until spring.

 

Frederick County

• MD 180 (Jefferson Pike) between MD 79 (Petersville Road) and MD 17 (Burkittsville Road) – Road washout – Road closed and detoured using US 340 for up to eight weeks. Preparing to pave.

Anne Arundel County

•             MD 253 (Mayo Road) between MD 2 (Solomons Island Road) and MD 214 (Central Avenue) – Sidewalk installation and retrofits – Single lane closures Monday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

 

Baltimore County
•             I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) between Greenspring Avenue and MD 25 (Falls Road) – Resurfacing – Single and double lane closures Sunday nights through Friday mornings between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. new

•             Northbound/Westbound MD 140 (Reisterstown Road) at McDonough Road/Cradock lane – BGE utility work – Left turn lane from southbound Reisterstown Road onto Cradock Lane will be closed until early-May.
              
Calvert County

Eastbound MD 402 (Dares Beach Road) at MD 2/4 (Solomons Island Road) – Storm drain/pipe work – Eastbound MD 402 traffic to be shifted with daytime single lane closures guided by flaggers until mid-June.

 

Carroll County

•             MD 97 (Littlestown Pike) between Airport Drive and Old Meadow Road – Road widening – Single lane closures guided flaggers Tuesday through Friday (June 1). new

 

Howard County

•             Dorsey Run Road at Henkels Lane (at the MD 32 interchange) – Intersection resurfacing - Beginning Tuesday, May 8 until May 18 - Single lane and ramp closures Sunday nights through Friday mornings between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.

 

Montgomery County

•             MD 4 (Pennsylvania Avenue at Suitland Parkway – Interchange construction -  Intermittent single lane closures Mondays through Fridays between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sundays through Friday mornings between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. on both roads.

 

Washington County

•             I-81 between the Potomac River Bridge (West Virginia line) and MD 68/MD 63 (Lappans Road) – Highway widening project – Single lane closures Sunday nights through Friday mornings between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. There may be occasional, brief total closures to move equipment and material into place between 2 midnight and 4 a.m.
