Anne Arundel County

• I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) at MD 170 (Camp Meade Road) – Bridge repair – Double lane closures on the inner loop I-695 Sunday through Thursday from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Crews will begin paving next weekend.

• Northbound I-97 ramp to New Cut Road – Expansion joint repair – Ramp closure and detour beginning 5 a.m. Saturday until 6 p.m. Sunday.

 

• Northbound and southbound MD 295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway) between the Baltimore City line and MD 175 – Mobile pothole patching at various locations - Saturday from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m.

 

• Inner and outer loop of I-695 between the Anne Arundel County lien and the Curtis Creek Drawbridge – Mobile pothole patching at various locations - Saturday from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m.

 

Baltimore County

 

• Inner loop of I-695 ramp to northbound MD 41 (Perring Parkway) – Ramp paving – ramp closure and detour beginning at 9 p.m. Sunday until 5 a.m. Monday.

 

Baltimore County/Howard County line

 

• I-95 Bridge over the Patapsco River – Bridge deck repairs – Double lane closures on southbound I-95 Sundays through Thursdays from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.

Frederick County

 

• Southbound I-270 between MD 80 (Fingerboard Road) and the Montgomery County line – Resurfacing/paving operations – Single lane closures Sundays through Thursday from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.

 

Montgomery County

 

• Inner loop of I-495 (Capital Beltway) between I-270 spur and the Seminary Road overpass –Resurfacing – Double lane closures on the inner loop of I-495 Sunday through Thursday from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.

 

• MD 124 (Quince Orchard Road) between Orchard Ridge Road and MD 355 (Frederick Road) – Resurfacing – Single and double lane closures Sundays through Thursdays from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. (is permitted to go later- 8a.m., traffic permitting)

 

Prince George’s County

 

• Northbound I-95 (outer loop of I-495) near MD 450 (Annapolis Road)/bridge over Amtrak – Bridge deck repairs – Double lane closures Sundays through Thursdays from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.

 

• MD 193 (University Boulevard) between US 1 (Baltimore Avenue) and Campus Way – Resurfacing – Single lane closures Sundays through Thursdays from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. and week days between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

 

• I-95 between I-495 (Capital Beltway) and MD 212 (Powder Mill Road) – Resurfacing – Single and double lane closures Sundays through Thursdays from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.

 

• MD 198 (Sandy Spring Road) between Riding Stable Road and I-95 – Resurfacing – Single lane closures Sundays through Thursdays from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.

Cecil County

 

• MD 222 Bridge over Rock Run – Bridge replacement – Total closure and detour for ten weeks.  Project will be completed early November. 

 

Montgomery County

 

• MD 195 (Carroll Avenue) between Jefferson Avenue and Flower Avenue (MD 195 Bridge over Sligo Creek and Parkway) - Bridge rehabilitation – Bridge to closed and traffic detoured for one year. 

 

Washington County

 

• Northbound I-81 to eastbound and westbound Halfway Boulevard – Traffic shift for auxiliary lane construction – Occasional ramp closures and detours Sunday through Wednesday between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.

 

• MD 58 (Salem Avenue) ramp to southbound I-81 – Auxiliary lane construction – Ramp closed and detoured until late-fall. 

 

Wicomico County

 

• MD 54 (Delmar Road) Bridge over Mockingbird Creek - Bridge replacement – Bridge closed and traffic detoured for ten weeks. 

 

• MD 349 (Nanticoke Road) Bridge over Windsor Creek - Bridge replacement – Bridge to close and traffic to be detoured for ten weeks. 

 

Worcester County

 

• MD 12 (Snow Hill Road) near Nassawango Road – Washout – Closed and detoured until late-fall.

Anne Arundel County

 

• I-895 (Harbor Tunnel Thruway) Bridge over the Patapsco River (Patapsco Flats) (MDTA project) – Bridge rehabilitation – Reduced lanes. 

 

Baltimore County

 

• MD 147 (Harford Road) at Glen Arm Road/Mt. Vista Road – Roundabout construction – Mt. Vista Road leg of intersection is closed and detoured.  The detour is Sunshine Avenue to US 1 (Belair Road.) 

 

• Outer loop of I-695 ramp to northbound MD 41 (Perring Parkway) and the inner loop of I-695 ramp to northbound and southbound MD 147 (Harford Road) – Ramp grinding and paving – Ramp closures with detour Sunday through Thursday from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.

 

• Outer loop I-695 at the Bridge over Northeast Creek (prior to MD 702) – Bridge rehabilitation – Nighttime outer loop closure and detour between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Sundays through Fridays.  SHA will direct outer loop traffic to MD 150 (Eastern Avenue) to MD 702 and back to the outer loop.  This project should be complete late-fall. 

 

Caroline, Queen Anne’s and Talbot counties

 

• MD 404 between US 50 and the Town of Denton – Dualization – Single daytime and night time lane closures.

 

Carroll County

 

• MD 75 (Green Valley Road) between I-70 and MD 80 (Fingerboard Road) – Resurfacing - Single lane closures Mondays through Fridays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

 

Cecil County

 

• MD 273 (Telegraph Road) at Appleton Road – Roundabout construction – Single lane closures with a flagging operation 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. NOTE:  During construction, there is a four-way stop condition at this intersection.

 

• US 40 (Pulaski Highway) between MD 222 (Perryville Road) and MD 272 (North East Road) – Resurfacing – Single lane and shoulder closures from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays.

Frederick County

• Westbound I-70 at Harmony Road – Bridge deck sealing – Right lane closures on Monday and Tuesday between 6 a.m. until 2 p.m.  

Prince George’s County

• Westbound US 50 (John Hanson Highway) between the Anne Arundel County line and Lottsford Vista Road – Pavement patching/Saw-cutting – Double lane closures Sundays through Thursdays between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Wicomico County

• US 13 (Salisbury Bypass) near MD 12 (Snow Hill Road) - Traffic drags for bridge rehabilitation project – Expect delays Monday between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m.
