What: SHA will host an Informational Public Meeting for the upcoming MD 131 (Seminary Avenue) Bridge replacement over the tributary of Roland Run in Baltimore County.           
          
When: Wednesday, October 22, 2008 – 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.          
          
Where: MG Harry G. Ruhl Armory – Drill Hall 1035 York Road, Towson, MD 21204           
          
Why: To expedite the project, SHA proposes to temporarily close the MD 131 Bridge for up to four weekends in summer 2009. No formal presentation will be given. Display areas will be available, explaining the proposed work and bridge improvements. Comment and feedback is sought on the traffic management plan.
