Week Ahead Lane Closures
Baltimore County
I-95/I-695 Southwest Interchange – 10 Bridges Rehabilitation - From Sunday, December 10, through Thursday, December 14, motorists can expect temporary closures at the following locations:
- Northbound I-95 at I-695
- Ramp from I-95 NB to I-695 Eastbound Outer Loop
- Southbound I-95 at I-695
- Ramp from I-695 Eastbound/Outer Loop to I-95 Northbound
- I-695 Inner Loop//Westbound at I-95 interchange
- I-695 Outer Loop/Eastbound at I-95 interchange

I-695 to I-70 to MD 43 (White Marsh Boulevard) Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) - From Sunday, December 10, through Friday, December 15, motorists can expect temporary closures at the following locations:
- I-695 Outer loop from I-83 Harrisburg Expressway to Park Heights
- I-695 Inner loop from Park Heights to Greenspring
- I-695 Inner & Outer loop from I-70 to Park Heights
- I-695 Outer loop from I-83 Harrisburg Expressway to Stevenson
- Northbound Loch Raven Blvd from E Joppa Rd to I-695 Inner loop

- I-70 eastbound between the Howard County line and I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) - Guardrail upgrades – Starting Tuesday, December 12, expect single-lane and shoulder closures weekdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., through late January. The traffic alert is available here.
Frederick County
- US 40 Alternate between Mount Phillip Rd and US 40 - Roadway widening - Road closure starting Monday, December 11 at 8 a.m. for work under an access permit. Closure in effect until Friday, January 5.
St. Mary’s County
- MD 5 near Gaslewbrook Drive – Pipe / small structure replacement – Continuous 24/7 weekday flagging operation December 11- 15, and December 18-22 (no lane closures on Saturday or Sunday). The traffic alert is available here.
Washington County
Several highways – Patching work – Through December, motorists can expect temporary lane closures along the following locations:

- I-68 at Creek Road – Bridge replacement work – Single right lane closures eastbound and westbound beginning on Monday, December 11 that will be continuous throughout the length of the job. For additional information, the traffic alert is available here.
- I-70 eastbound bridge over Crystal Falls Drive – Traffic switch – On Tuesday, December 12, expect a single right lane closure from 7 p.m. until 5 a.m. Expect the same closure on Wednesday, December 13, which will include a second lane closure at 9 p.m. Traffic alert is available here.
Worcester County
- MD 90 (Ocean City Expressway) between MD 346 (Old Ocean City Road) and the area just west of US 113 – Pipe repair – Intermittent single-lane closures weekdays, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through mid-February. Traffic alert is available here.
