Construction and As-Built Plans

The Office of Highway Development Design Technical Services Division (OHD-DTSD) Computer Technology Team provides construction plans and as-built drawings for roads maintained by the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA).

For Construction Plans/As-Built Drawing Information

For each location, please complete the As-Built Plan Research Request Form (PDF, 54 kb) and submit your request to sha_ohd_plan_request@mdot.maryland.gov. Clearly mark a location map showing the extent or milepoints of your area of interest and the surrounding region. You may also fax this form to 410-209-5001. We answer requests within 7 to 10 business days.
