Steel Repairs Will Continue to Mid-Summer

(April 19, 2016) – The Maryland Department of Transportation’s State Highway Administration

(SHA) has postponed the cleaning and painting project scheduled this summer for the MD 213 (Maple Avenue) drawbridge over Chester River.  In the meantime, SHA will meet with the local task force members to select a time-frame to complete the work in 2017.

The off-peak steel repair work will continue through this summer.
