​(March 4, 2020) – The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) has closed two lanes of MD 355 (Urbana Pike), one northbound lane and one southbound lane, just south of Grove Road in Frederick County for emergency work. MDOT SHA is performing emergency repairs on a road depression and is assisting Frederick County Department of Public Works with a sewer line issue. 

The emergency work will take several hours to complete and may interrupt the evening rush hour. Motorists are advised to travel an alternate route if possible. For real-time information, please visit www.md511.maryland.gov.
