The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) began using Estimator 2.15a in 2017. This is an enhanced version of the previous Estimator program. See the InfoTech Estimator 2.15a product sheet to learn about its features.

MDOT SHA has added, revised, and deleted several Category Codes in the new Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials dated July 2023. Download the MDCATALOG23.CAT file, modified on November​ 14​​, ​2023​, as soon as possible. Your company must import this file in to your Estimator Software before submitting estimates.
