MDOT SHA TMDL Implementation Plan Public Notice

The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) places its draft Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Implementation Plans on 30-day public notice and solicits comments, as required under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit. 

Currently, there are no new TMDL implementation plans for review and written comments are not being accepted at this time.

When draft TMDL Implementation Plan(s) are posted for the public comment period, written comments can be sent using one of the following methods:

Include your name and address. Material comments received will be considered. We will include a summary of comments received during the fiscal year in the associated MDOT SHA NPDES MS4 permit annual report to MDE, which can be found on this website following its submittal to MDE.
