The Property Asset Management division within the Office of Real Estate of the State Highway Administration oversees the disposal of excess SHA land and easements in compliance with State and Federal laws. Additionally, PAM facilitates road transfers to local jurisdictions and manages the leasing of real estate not currently required for highway purposes.
