The Property Asset Management division of the State Highway Administration’s Office of Real Estate manages and disposes surplus SHA land in accordance with State and Federal laws and regulations. It is also responsible for road transfers to local jurisdictions and for the leasing of real estate not immediately needed for highway purposes. See the brochure below​ for more information.
