As the result of discussions with the Federal Highway Administration regarding SHA’s compliance program, SHA has submitted annual reports on its progress. These were originally submitted quarterly, but in the past several years this has changed to annually, as progress continues in a steady and measure fashion.
Below are recent annual reports. A new report is issued at the end of the calendar year.
